Responsibilities

• Direct software and AI application development within customer projects
• Troubleshoot, document, and co-create solutions alongside senior software engineers
• Support technical integration of the Kosmos platform into customer IT landscapes
• Drive customer-facing technical project management from kick-off to go-live
• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions and specifications

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar
• 0 to 4 years of professional experience or internships in software engineering
• Hands-on experience through projects, ventures, or product development
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Business-fluent in German and English
• Based in Munich or willing to relocate
