Product Growth Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own and implement monetization strategies to maximize subscription and ad revenue across a mobile app portfolio
• Design and execute A/B tests for paywall placements, pricing tiers, and onboarding flows
• Analyze user behavior, cohort data, and industry trends to identify growth and upsell opportunities
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to build effective monetization features and user segmentation frameworks
• Develop win-back and retention strategies to reduce churn and increase user lifetime value
• Manage subscription setups and pricing via App Store Connect while ensuring compliance with platform policies

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in mobile app monetization, specifically focusing on subscriptions and ad revenue
• Deep knowledge of in-app purchase systems, paywall design, and subscription lifecycle management
• Hands-on experience with ad monetization platforms such as AdMob, IronSource, or AppLovin
• Proficiency in A/B testing tools and strong analytical skills, including cohort analysis and revenue modeling
• Familiarity with App Store Connect and Apple’s monetization policies
• Ability to work onsite in Lisbon and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
