Product Growth Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and implement monetization strategies to maximize subscription and ad revenue across a mobile app portfolio
• Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and user behavior to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with design and development teams to optimize paywalls, upsell flows, and ad placements
• Create user segmentation frameworks and define experimentation hypotheses for continuous A/B testing
• Model financial opportunities and expected outcomes for various monetization initiatives
• Manage subscriptions, pricing tiers, and compliance via App Store Connect
• Develop win-back strategies for lapsed users and implement initiatives to reduce churn
• Monitor performance data and maintain detailed documentation of all tests and strategies

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in mobile app monetization, specifically focusing on subscriptions and/or ad revenue
• Deep understanding of in-app purchase systems, paywall design, and subscription lifecycle management
• Hands-on experience with ad monetization platforms such as AdMob, IronSource, or AppLovin
• Proficiency with A/B testing tools and strong analytical skills, including cohort analysis and revenue modeling
• Familiarity with App Store Connect and Apple’s monetization policies
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams
