About the role
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new product launches
- Drive 0→1 product growth, from early positioning to scaling acquisition
- Design and execute growth experiments across onboarding, activation, and retention
- Define ICP, positioning, and messaging based on user insights and market signals
- Lead Product Hunt launches and other community-driven growth initiatives
- Build and optimize conversion funnels including landing pages, onboarding flows, and pricing
- Conduct user interviews and translate insights into product and growth strategies
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering to iterate quickly on features and UX
Requirements
- Proven experience working on 0→1 products in startup or early-stage environments
- Strong track record of driving user growth, activation, or revenue outcomes
- Hands-on experience with GTM strategy, product launches, and growth execution
- Ability to operate across product, marketing, and growth with a hybrid mindset
- Experience running experiments through A/B testing and funnel optimization
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with high ownership
- Strong communication skills to translate product value into clear messaging
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI, SaaS, or developer tools
