Product Growth Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization through data-driven product initiatives and experimentation.
• Own the growth roadmap by partnering with product, engineering, design, and marketing teams.
• Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and market trends to identify actionable growth opportunities.
• Design, execute, and manage A/B tests and experiments to optimize the user journey and core product flows.
• Identify friction points in the product funnel and recommend improvements to enhance conversion and engagement.
• Collect and analyze large datasets to generate insights on product performance and growth loops.
• Prepare and present growth performance reports, experiment results, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Monitor key growth KPIs and track the impact of product initiatives on revenue.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Growth or Product Management.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing, experimentation methodologies, and owning growth metrics.
• Proficiency in product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics.
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Proven experience in e-commerce, classifieds, or consumer marketplaces.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
