Responsibilities

• Identify key opportunities for localisation improvements for the Pakistan market
• Identify and fix product funnel problems from signup to publishing
• Collaborate with the MENAP team on Product Growth initiatives
• Tailor education content for the nuances of the Pakistani market
• Evaluate and adapt global messaging and campaigns for Pakistani users
• Provide cultural insights to global teams to ensure content resonance
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop Urdu language style guides and tone of voice strategies
• Define a linguistic strategy for Romanised Urdu variants

Requirements

• Native Urdu speaker with deep understanding of local cultures and dialects
• Proven product management experience including strategy and cross-functional leadership
• Experience in conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
• Analytical mindset for evaluating campaign effectiveness and data-driven improvements
• Proficiency with Atlassian project management tools and basic web development
• Ability to communicate complex problems simply

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of product growth strategies and user acquisition in Pakistan
• Experience in marketing or advertising within the Pakistani market
• Tertiary education in conversion rate optimisation, literature, or localisation
• Copywriting experience, specifically for SaaS products
• Understanding of organic growth, SEO, and WordPress
• Basic design experience
