Product & Growth Content Specialist

Responsibilities

• Write and optimize conversion-driven copy for digital ads, promotional campaigns, and eCommerce listings
• Develop product copy for PDPs, marketplaces, and retail packaging to translate features into benefits
• Create CRM and lifecycle content, including email flows for acquisition, onboarding, and retention
• Execute UX writing for app features and digital interfaces to ensure consistent terminology and user-centric communication
• Collaborate with Product, Brand, and Marketing teams to align messaging across the entire customer journey
• Analyze messaging performance and conduct A/B testing to drive data-driven content optimizations

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in content creation or copywriting
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Full fluency in both French and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in eCommerce, UX Copywriting, or Email Marketing
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Jira, Confluence, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Microsoft 365
