Responsibilities

• Turn product vision into concrete reality by working closely with engineering
• Manage projects meticulously, handling both high-level strategy and detailed execution
• Contribute to product direction using customer feedback, usage data, and front-line observations
• Conduct deep customer research by shadowing leasing calls, apartment tours, and training sessions
• Ensure high-horsepower development is always pointed in the right direction

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in product, design, or engineering at an early or growth-stage startup
• Technical proficiency capable of reading PRs, sketching data models, and discussing architecture tradeoffs
• Strong understanding of current AI capabilities and limitations
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments without constant direction
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to structure messy problems
• Customer-obsessed mindset with a preference for direct user interaction
