Product Flow Technician

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow and disposition of ribbon reels within the production environment
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to disposition negative flow ribbons
• Move dispositioned reels to designated locations and ensure proper handling
• Verify system accuracy by maintaining alignment between physical queues and system counts
• Remove reject paperwork from ribbons after dispositioning to ensure proper documentation
• Monitor and enforce policies regarding ribbon reel placement on the production floor
• Support the Ribbon Staging Area Production Coordinator with daily tasks
• Work with Material Handlers to process overflow and unprocessed ribbons

Requirements

• Fluency in SAP, PI, and CoMet
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in managing physical and system-based inventory records
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Material Handling)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in production flow management or a related role
