Product Flow Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned kits, materials, and supplies to operator workstations
• Assign production kits to operators in real time based on production flow and priorities
• Retrieve completed kits and transport them to the next production process
• Respond promptly to operator requests for spare parts and components
• Print, organize, and distribute production labels
• Retrieve and deliver tools, fixtures, gauges, and production supplies
• Maintain material flow between Warehouse, APH, Kitting, Audit, and Assembly departments
• Monitor workstation inventory levels and proactively replenish materials
• Expedite urgent production orders and customer priorities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment
• Communicate material shortages and production concerns to leadership

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests with urgency
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
• Basic computer skills for printing labels and accessing production systems
