About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide vision and direction for Legal Service Delivery solutions built on ServiceNow to stakeholders
- Research and analyze Legal technology trends, user needs, and the ServiceNow roadmap
- Manage the product backlog, including iteration planning and the elaboration of user stories
- Improve service efficiency, deflection, and resolution outcomes through digital platforms
- Partner with Legal Ops to standardize and simplify service offerings
- Support automation and AI-enabled service improvements to enhance the user experience
Requirements
- Product management experience on service or workflow platforms
- Strong understanding of Legal shared services or operations
- Experience defining and managing digital service catalogues
- Data-driven approach to measuring service performance and outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (LSDSD)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- User-centered mindset with a focus on experience design
- Ability to simplify complex service landscapes and processes
