Product Expert for SAP Fieldglass

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap for SAP Fieldglass that reflects business priorities and regulatory requirements
• Lead the gathering, analysis, and prioritization of business and technical requirements from diverse stakeholders
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of SAP Fieldglass solutions, including integration, deployment, upgrades, and enhancements
• Manage all system changes following established Change Management procedures to ensure audit traceability
• Ensure robust compliance with regulatory requirements such as SOx and GDPR by embedding control frameworks into product operations
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, including performance monitoring
• Act as a subject matter expert to provide guidance to end users, stakeholders, and technology colleagues
• Lead user adoption initiatives, including training and communication for new features or process changes

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience with SAP Fieldglass, including configuration, integration, and administration
• Deep understanding of Contingent Workforce Management, Vendor Management Systems (VMS), and External Workforce processes
• Proven track record in SaaS product management, solution design, and delivery
• Experience working with compliance and control frameworks and supporting application audits (internal and external)
• Familiarity with integration to core HR and procurement systems such as Workday or SAP ECC/S4HANA
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Fieldglass certification and/or SAP Finance-related certifications
• Experience designing or operating SOx controls
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or Computer Science
• Experience with data analytics, SQL, and reporting tools
• Exposure to Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
