Product Expert for SAP Fieldglass

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap for SAP Fieldglass that reflects business priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the gathering, analysis, and prioritization of business and technical requirements from diverse stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of SAP Fieldglass solutions, including integration, deployment, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Manage all system changes following established Change Management procedures to ensure audit traceability.
• Ensure robust compliance with regulatory requirements such as SOx and GDPR by embedding risk management into product operations.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to end users and leading user adoption initiatives through training and communication.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, including performance monitoring.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience with SAP Fieldglass, including configuration, integration, and administration.
• Deep understanding of Contingent Workforce Management, Vendor Management Systems (VMS), and External Workforce processes.
• Proven track record in SaaS product management, solution design, and delivery in a global environment.
• Experience working with compliance and control frameworks and supporting application audits.
• Familiarity with integrations to core HR and procurement systems such as Workday or SAP ECC/S4HANA.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Fieldglass certification or SAP Finance-related certifications.
• Experience designing or operating SOx controls.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
• Experience with data analytics, SQL, and reporting tools.
• Exposure to Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
