Product Expert, Clinical

Responsibilities

• Manage the Clinical technology ecosystem, including business and technical analysis, backlog management, and agile delivery
• Develop and align technology roadmaps to support R&D scientific goals and compliant regulatory activities
• Collaborate with senior business leaders to prioritize the product backlog based on business value
• Lead the execution and maintenance of existing Clinical systems while evaluating emerging innovative technologies
• Ensure all clinical tech products align with internal security, risk management, and GxP regulatory requirements
• Oversee service management, including SLA alignment and Level 3 support escalations
• Act as a change agent to support agile solution development and business adoption

Requirements

• 4-8 years of expert knowledge and experience in Clinical products
• Hands-on experience with the Veeva Clinical Suite
• Strong understanding of CTMS and ETMF systems
• Proven knowledge of GxP systems validation and documentation
• Experience working within Agile delivery methodologies and the system development lifecycle

• Advanced communication skills to bridge technical and business hierarchies
• Strong collaboration abilities across R&D teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience in technical and people leadership, including managing distributed teams
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Strong problem-solving skills and high adaptability to changing organizational priorities
