Responsibilities

• Own functional planning, design, and requirements management for CRM product lines including Salesforce and customer service back-office systems
• Work closely with internal business teams to build and maintain CRM and business workflow systems
• Explore and implement AI capabilities within the company's CRM and product ecosystems to drive operational efficiency
• Lead detailed product feature planning, including writing PRD documents, mapping functional workflows, and defining feature specifications
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support system architecture design and coordinate iteration planning

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager
• Proficiency in prototyping tools like Axure and Mockplus
• Proficiency in process and mind-mapping tools such as Visio and MindManager
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination capabilities
• Data-driven mindset with familiarity in data analysis methods and tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience building or successfully launching AI-powered products
