Responsibilities

  • Lead the Boston hub by setting culture, hiring, and developing a team of specialists
  • Build a campus talent pipeline through relationships with local universities like MIT and Harvard
  • Act as the escalation point for complex user issues during US hours
  • Triage technical problems and collaborate with engineering teams
  • Capture and communicate high-signal user feedback to product and engineering teams
  • Collaborate with the Stockholm-based product experience team to ensure global consistency

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2C or B2B support or a customer-facing role
  • Deep roots and a professional network within the Boston tech and university ecosystem
  • Strong operational rigor with experience building systems, processes, and metrics
  • Technical fluency and the ability to engage with engineering on complex issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with campus recruiting
  • Experience managing student or intern programs
