Product Execution Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead new style development (NPI) by collaborating with product teams in the USA and Italy to ensure manufacturability and cost-efficiency.
• Oversee commercialization and production trials, driving established practices for full-size validation.
• Conduct daily production reviews and quarterly audits of assembly lines to ensure adherence to approved SOPs.
• Manage capacity and planning by providing updates on production schedules and escalating roadblocks to ensure on-time shipment.
• Drive Lean activities, including the monthly release of Lean metrics and the implementation of continuous improvement and cost-saving projects.
• Act as a cross-functional facilitator representing the supply chain at the factory to meet KPI targets across Quality, Costing, Materials, and Sustainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in footwear development or production management.
• Solid understanding of factory environments and processes, specifically injection, stitching, and assembly.
• Fluent English communication skills with the ability to work effectively with global stakeholders.
• Proven ability to resolve production issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• Strong integrity in managing relationships with colleagues and factory partners.
