Product Engineering, (SAP) Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure APIs, ensuring high-quality integration and design
• Utilize ABAP expertise to support SAP HR and workforce management solutions
• Write, understand, and challenge technical designs to ensure architectural integrity
• Apply development best practices including SOLID, DRY, and Test Driven Development (TDD)
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and QA teams in an agile environment
• Manage transports and utilize tools like RevTrac or Azure DevOps for deployment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Extensive experience with SAP HR and ABAP development
• Proficiency in API design, configuration, and XML familiarity
• Knowledge of SAP PCC and SAP Data Archiving (technical or functional)
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management tools
• Understanding of UI5 Fiori and security-first development principles

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of UI5 Fiori
• MBA degree
• Experience with transport management systems
