About the Company
Limetax is building the operating system for the €20B German tax advisory industry. We acquire established tax advisories and transform them into high-performing, technology-enabled businesses by applying AI to reduce manual work and redefine tax operations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and map workflows across accounting, payroll, reporting, and client communication
- Design and improve operational systems using internal software, APIs, automation tools, and AI
- Identify bottlenecks, repetitive work, and operational inefficiencies
- Prototype MVPs and internal tooling to validate improvements quickly
- Improve operational reliability by turning manual workflows into scalable systems
- Monitor and improve systems running in real production environments
- Collaborate with founders, operators, engineers, and tax professionals
Requirements
- Currently studying Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
- Interest in automation, AI, operational systems, and workflow design
- Structured, analytical, and execution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in fast-moving and ambiguous environments
- Comfortable working hands-on with tools, data, and processes
- Strong collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Python
- Experience with APIs and automation tools
- Experience with Notion, Airtable, Zapier, Make, or AI tooling
