Product Engineer/Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Own the entire development lifecycle from initial task to deployment on AWS or Vercel infrastructure.
• Build user interfaces in the frontend and write robust logic in the backend.
• Conduct customer discovery by talking directly to Design Partners to understand e-commerce workflows.
• Translate vague customer requests and needs into concrete, high-quality product decisions.
• Maintain high development velocity by leveraging modern AI coding tools to solve user problems.

Requirements

• Strong technical fundamentals in TypeScript, React, and SQL.
• Proven "Product Builder" mindset with a focus on solving user problems rather than just writing complex code.
• Intuitive sense for UX and ideally a background in e-commerce, marketplaces, or retail operations.
• Experience in a startup environment or a track record of taking end-to-end ownership of software.
• Proficiency with modern AI coding tools (e.g., Claude) to accelerate development.
• Excellent English communication skills; German language skills are a plus.
