Product Engineer, Wet ESP

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper technical design for the APC product line, focusing on Wet Electrostatic Precipitators (ESPs) and systems.
• Work with Product Managers to maintain and update design guidelines.
• Support Sales and Applications engineering with technical support, specification reviews, and sizing information.
• Prepare Piping and Instrumentation drawings (P&ID) and Process Flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with the Design department to ensure GA and Fabrication drawings comply with project specifications and standards.
• Provide drawing checking and approval prior to fabrication release.
• Prepare technical specifications for product supply purchases.
• Assist in developing functional descriptions, Operation and Maintenance manuals, and technical literature.
• Provide technical assistance for product commissioning, troubleshooting, system evaluations, and inspections.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product Engineering experience specifically with Wet ESPs.
• MS/BS degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Solid technical background with hands-on experience in design, development, and/or engineering.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
