About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure production meets customer requirements, quality standards, and budget constraints
  • Analyze manufacturing and test defect data to define root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Act as the primary point of contact for process-related production issues
  • Manage equipment plans, preventative maintenance, and spare parts to maintain production continuity
  • Coordinate the transition of new products from concept through the manufacturing process
  • Create process documentation and manage change orders via Agile documentation systems
  • Drive daily operations and enhance cost-effectiveness through lean manufacturing practices
  • Develop test plans and procedures to address material acquisition and technical issues
  • Interface with design engineering, quality, and purchasing to coordinate product releases and supplier qualification

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Systems, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • 3 years of experience in an electronics and mechanical manufacturing environment
  • Strong background in production assembly processes, test systems, and control software
  • Proven ability to analyze manufacturing operations, isolate root causes, and implement corrective actions
  • Professional fluency in English with excellent cross-functional communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience using Agile documentation management systems
  • Hands-on expertise implementing advanced lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
