Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build product workflows for Alamo, the internal MES/ERP platform
• Develop software for architects to design, configure, and refine homes
• Build tools for real estate teams to evaluate land and project feasibility
• Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and operations teams to identify product opportunities
• Own features end-to-end from discovery and design to implementation and maintenance
• Build polished user experiences using Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, and shadcn/ui
• Develop backend services, database models, and APIs for mission-critical workflows

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong fullstack engineering ability with TypeScript, React, and relational databases
• Excellent product judgment and track record of building user-adopted software
• Strong taste in user experience, information architecture, and workflow design
• Ability to translate operational problems into clear product requirements
• High degree of ownership and strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building internal tools, ERP, MES, inventory, logistics, manufacturing, construction, or operational software
