Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support Product Development projects by creating prototype drawings and industrializing project results
• Plan, execute, and report on design requests and engineering tasks based on customer enquiries
• Use and maintain design tools for parametric design of bearing variants and design automation
• Develop and maintain generic bearing 3D CAD models for design verification and finished drawings
• Support global manufacturing units with finished specification details and deviation handling
• Drive product performance benchmarking and implement engineering changes at the design level
• Ensure product manufacturability, robustness, and alignment with manufacturing capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in product engineering, project engineering, or a similar environment
• Proven experience in machine or mechanical system design
• Proficiency in CREO, specifically with parametric design and generic models
• Knowledge of PDM Link (PTC Windchill)
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (nationally and internationally)

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of large industrial equipment
• Experience with defense engineering design
• Experience and exposure to project management
