Product Engineer, Platform

Responsibilities

• Own full stack feature development including technical architecture, implementation, and documentation
• Work primarily in the backend using Golang and implement frontend features with React
• Engage directly with customers for support and feedback gathering
• Propose and design APIs and technical architecture through succinct design docs
• Build for scale and reliability by contributing to alerting, telemetry, and internal tooling
• Develop infrastructure for AI agents, including planning, tool use, evals, and observability

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience engineering and designing digital products
• Experience in B2B SaaS, developer tools, enterprise software, or technical products
• Proficiency with Golang and React
• Strong product intuition and ability to work directly with customers
• Excellent communication skills for articulating design decisions
• Experience shipping customer-facing developer products
