Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and prototype new product iterations using AI-assisted and LLM-assisted tooling
• Ship production code, instrument it, and monitor usage
• Spend time with customers to understand their workflows and pain points
• Reconcile user feedback with data to drive product decisions
• Own product surface metrics, including adoption and value delivered
• Design agentic experiences that move from manual operation to supervised delegation
• Maintain high craft standards for product feel and usability

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building and shipping software in production
• Proven track record of end-to-end feature ownership from idea to code
• Strong full-stack engineering skills with a frontend lean
• Experience with rapid prototyping and AI-assisted development tools
• Ability to operate with high autonomy in ambiguous environments
• Strong analytical skills to define and act on product metrics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience shipping AI-assisted or agent-driven features
• Background in building B2B workflow-heavy products
• Founder background or early startup employee experience
• Domain knowledge in automotive, parts aftermarket, or insurance claims
• Proficiency in Rust
