Responsibilities

• Build and prototype new product iterations using AI-assisted and LLM-assisted tooling
• Ship production code, instrument it, and monitor usage
• Spend time with customers to understand workflows and pain points
• Reconcile user feedback with data to drive product direction
• Own product surface metrics, including adoption and value delivered
• Weigh product impact against engineering effort to find efficient paths to outcomes
• Design agentic experiences that move from manual operation to supervised delegation
• Maintain high craft standards for speed, clarity, and user experience

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building and shipping software in production
• Proven track record of end-to-end feature ownership from idea to code
• Strong full-stack engineering skills with a frontend lean
• Genuine customer obsession and experience working directly with users
• Ability to build rapid prototypes using AI-assisted tools
• Strong analytical instincts and ability to define/read metrics
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and autonomy
• High product taste and focus on effortless user experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience shipping AI-assisted or agent-driven features in production
• Experience building workflow-heavy B2B products
• Founder background or early employee experience at a scaling startup
• Domain knowledge in automotive, parts aftermarket, repair, or insurance
• Marketplace or network experience
• Knowledge of Rust
