Responsibilities

• Build and scale marketplace systems for candidate acquisition and matching
• Develop agentic recruiting systems using proprietary platform data for AI matching
• Create Recruiting OS tools including CRMs, AI-assisted workflows, and deep integrations
• Identify unsolved problems, design solutions, and own the end-to-end shipping process
• Operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and business to drive impact

Requirements

• Product-minded approach with strong opinions on what to build based on user behavior and data
• Business-minded focus on revenue, retention, and market dynamics
• Technical sharpness with the ability to move fast across the full stack
• High ownership mentality to identify needs and execute plans independently
