Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work with worldwide cross-functional teams on automotive new silicon and product development from definition to production.
• Develop and support test solutions in collaboration with Test Engineering to meet target test time and cost standards.
• Execute characterization, sampling, and qualification processes.
• Monitor, analyze, and resolve production issues by collaborating with Design, Applications, and Manufacturing teams.
• Support production test partners including FAB, MFG, foundry, and test houses.
• Drive continuous reduction in test costs while maintaining high quality and meeting Automotive Zero Defect requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Communication, or Automation.
• More than 5 years of professional experience within the semiconductor industry.
• Strong synthesis and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) for a global working environment.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and take strong ownership of projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience handling New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
