Responsibilities

• Solve critical energy retailer problems including billing, procurement, customer retention, and cost optimization
• Develop intuitive and delightful user experiences
• Evaluate outcomes ruthlessly and decide which features to build or skip
• Shape engineering culture, tooling, and processes
• Help recruit and raise the bar for the core engineering team
• Adapt quickly to new tools and methods on the technology frontier

Requirements

• Proven track record of shipping real products or successful open-source projects
• Ability to thrive in high-ambiguity environments
• Extreme ownership and a high standard for craftsmanship
• Desire to work in-person in Berlin Mitte
• Proficiency using AI-native development tools like Claude Code and Cursor
• Ability to handle zero-to-one problems from discovery to production
