Product Engineer - Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and optimize new and existing manufacturing processes to meet quality, delivery, and cost targets
• Develop high-quality, cost-effective manufacturing solutions that align with customer requirements
• Act as a technical subject matter expert for core manufacturing phases and manage technical communication for assigned products
• Produce comprehensive project and change-management documentation in accordance with customer and quality guidelines
• Implement lean manufacturing solutions across PCBA and mechanical assemblies

Requirements

• HNC or Bachelor’s degree in a Science or Engineering discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on manufacturing engineering experience
• Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis and problem-solving (Root Cause Analysis, 8D, Continuous Improvement)
• Experience with PCBA manufacturing, electro-mechanical assembly, FMEA, and automation
• Solid understanding of product structure, Bill of Material (BOM) analysis, and assembly drawings
• Proficiency in change management and cross-discipline engineering coordination
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
