Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end, from initial scoping and design to full-stack implementation and shipping
• Partner closely with users by joining customer calls and observing product usage to influence product direction
• Build and maintain high-quality features across Chat, Agents, Workflows, Mobile, and admin tooling
• Drive rapid iteration and shipping of product ideas without compromising on high quality standards
• Take full ownership of shipped changes, including monitoring and leading fixes if issues arise in production

Requirements

• 3-6 years of full-stack experience shipping production software used by real people
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and managing asynchronous work/queues
• A working understanding of LLM behaviors, including context windows, tool calling, and streaming
• Demonstrated ability to take vague problems and turn them into shipped, polished features
• High drive and a commitment to maintaining high standards for product taste and execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Next.js, Tailwind, and Prisma
• Familiarity with mobile development using React Native and Expo
• Heavy use of AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude) to compound personal output
