About the Company

Finto is on a mission to reinvent how enterprises run their finance operations. Backed by Y Combinator, we’re building AI-powered automation for accounts payable to eliminate manual invoice handling and ERP data entry.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of defined feature areas or technical projects from discovery to delivery
• Improve model performance and workflow quality by testing and iterating on prompts, data, and logic
• Contribute to frontend and backend development using React and Node
• Assist with debugging, monitoring, and improving the reliability of AI-powered workflows

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Solid JavaScript/TypeScript skills with experience in React and Next.js
• Backend expertise in Node.js, Python, or Go
• Exposure to AI models and APIs (e.g., LLMs)
• Structured problem-solver with a builder's mindset
