Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering sessions, business workshops, and stakeholder discussions for banking platform initiatives
• Perform end-to-end solutioning including requirement analysis, functional design, and gap analysis
• Configure and customize Finacle Core Banking modules based on business requirements
• Handle Finacle menu customization, API integrations, and batch job setup and monitoring
• Manage delivery ownership including milestone tracking, dependency management, and issue resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration, testing, deployment, and production support
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with the Finacle Core Banking platform
• Expertise in Finacle scripting and customization
• Proven experience with API integration, configuration, and batch job setup
• Deep functional knowledge of banking modules including CASA, Term Deposits, Loans, Limits, and Collaterals
• Strong techno-functional consulting capability within banking technology projects
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Node.js
• Exposure to DevOps practices and modern CI/CD delivery methodologies
• Experience with enterprise banking integrations and modernization initiatives
• Background in Core Banking Transformation projects
