Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work alongside a team of engineers and designers within the Grammer development system
• Partner with the sales team to collect information and develop product plans, budgets, and business expansion strategies
• Prepare product presentations for new business opportunities
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with internal stakeholders, including senior management and the executive group
• Maintain high-priority relationships and communication with customers
• Develop engineering, design, and testing budgets for new acquisitions, engineering changes, and growth opportunities
• Collaborate with internal and external teams on local, regional, and international levels
• Travel as needed to Grammer factories (Mexico and USA), global headquarters (Germany), and OEM facilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive interior design engineering
• Experience in automotive manufacturing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels of an organization
• Ability to multitask and adapt to new challenges
