Responsibilities

• Turn cutting-edge interpretability research into production-ready product features
• Build high-quality product experiences, owning full-stack features, APIs, workflows, and interfaces
• Create product systems that are reliable, performant, reproducible, and observable
• Shape product direction through engineering judgment and proposing better workflows
• Translate research and platform capabilities into usable developer tools and interfaces

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building production software (user-facing, data-intensive, or AI/ML products)
• Strong engineering fundamentals with depth in frontend, backend, systems, or product infrastructure
• Strong product judgment and focus on user experience
• Ability to work across research, engineering, design, and customer-facing teams
• Interest in understanding internal model mechanics to improve AI reliability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building products for technical users, developers, or ML engineers
• Experience in a startup or frontier AI lab environment
