Product Engineer (Full Stack)

About the Company

Kombo is building the infrastructure platform that HR tech products are built on. We provide a unified API, a massive data synchronization engine, an observability platform, and an embedded integration setup/configuration UI, allowing software companies to provide prebuilt integrations with HR, ATS, LMS, and Payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Take holistic customer problems and design end-to-end solutions
• Join customer calls to understand pain points and requirements
• Write RFCs and design documents for proposed solutions
• Implement features end-to-end using TypeScript
• Deploy to production and support features until successful user adoption
• Iterate on features based on direct customer feedback

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in TypeScript
• High degree of product sense and entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to own customer problems from discovery to deployment
• Comfort with giving and receiving radically candid feedback
• Desire to work in an on-site office environment in Berlin

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with React, Tailwind, or Prisma
• Experience with infrastructure tools like Terraform or GCP
• Experience with distributed systems or data synchronization engines
