Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ship features end-to-end from UI to database to deployment
• Build and evolve the product across frontend, backend, and AI layers
• Design and implement APIs, data pipelines, and agent-based systems
• Collaborate with design, product, and engineering to solve compliance problems
• Own code quality through testing, observability, and debugging
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical direction

Requirements

• Strong software engineering judgment
• Experience building and shipping products in at least two of the three pillars (UI, Platform, or AI)
• Proficiency with TypeScript and Go
• Ability to pick up new tools and technologies quickly
• A bias toward shipping and iterative development
• Clear communication and collaborative mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building modern component-driven UIs with React
• Experience designing event-driven systems or infrastructure-as-code
• Experience building LLM-powered systems, retrieval pipelines, or AI agents
• Understanding of distributed systems principles like eventual consistency and idempotency
