Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design agent interfaces to define how engineers interact with AI agents operating software systems
• Build the core intelligence of agents that turn natural-language objectives into actionable outputs
• Create real-time collaboration tools for engineers to monitor and redirect agent chains-of-thought
• Design novel UX patterns for exploring high-cardinality data surfaced by agents
• Own problems end-to-end, from talking to customers and defining specs to building and iterating

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience building and shipping user-facing software products
• Full-stack capability with experience building complex, data-heavy web applications
• High agency and a product-minded approach to problem-solving
• Experience building with LLMs or using agentic development tools like Claude Code or Cursor
• Strong communication skills for writing product specs and explaining technical tradeoffs
