Responsibilities

• Design agent interfaces to define how engineers interact with AI agents operating software systems
• Build the core intelligence of agents that turn natural-language objectives into actionable outputs
• Create real-time collaboration tools for engineers to monitor and redirect agent chains-of-thought
• Design novel UX patterns for exploring high-cardinality data surfaced by agents
• Own problems end-to-end from customer discovery to shipping and iterating on features

Requirements

• High agency and a bias toward shipping
• Product-minded approach with a focus on the "why" behind features
• Full-stack capability to build complex, data-heavy web applications
• AI curiosity and experience building with LLMs or agentic development tools
• Ability to write clear product specs and communicate technical tradeoffs
• Proven experience driving user-facing software projects end-to-end
