Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop various powertrain systems for underground mining products
• Perform engineering design calculations and prepare equipment specifications via mechanical datasheets
• Produce 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, general arrangement drawings, and documentation schematics
• Utilize PDM/PLM systems for engineering release processes and change management
• Work closely with global divisions and engineering centers to ensure project alignment
• Follow internal project management systems, ISO processes, and company standards

Requirements

• B.E. / B. Tech degree in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering
• 1-3 years of experience in mechanical component or system design
• Proven experience in designing Underground Mining Products or related sub-systems
• Expert proficiency in Creo 3D CAD software
• Strong knowledge of engineering design, strength of materials, and GD&T
• Familiarity with PDM/PLM systems (e.g., Teamcenter, M3)
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering materials, and design standards
