Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and launch new product features from concept to production, owning the full lifecycle
• Rapidly prototype and test ideas with customers to gather feedback and translate insights into improvements
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate development and discover innovative solutions
• Apply strong computer science fundamentals to design and operate systems handling large-scale data
• Develop high-quality applications using modern JavaScript frameworks
• Contribute to product strategy by turning ambiguous user needs into actionable technical direction

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a high performing engineering team, ideally in a 0 -> 1 environment
• Proficiency in modern web technologies such as React, TypeScript, or Python
• Fluency in using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot to accelerate iteration
• Ability to move quickly and prioritize learning over perfection
• Comfortable with ambiguity and solving complex problems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech
• Experience with data-heavy workflows or workflow automation
• Prior startup experience
