About the Company

Conduct is building the AI operating system that absorbs IT complexity and unlocks entirely new levels of speed, output, and ambition for the world's largest companies. We are a small, talent-dense team that recently closed a $50M+ Series A.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle from inception to shipping, including requirements gathering, research, conceptualization, experimentation, implementation, and iteration
• Speak to customers and shape product direction
• Ship high-impact features for major enterprise clients
• Operate across the stack to solve complex problems

Requirements

• Proven track record of building and shipping products
• Ability to work as a generalist across the stack when necessary
• Strong engineering fundamentals and pragmatic instincts
• Sharp product sense and a drive to solve customer problems
• Obsession with how AI systems behave, fail, and improve

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building with AI natively
• Experience shipping agentic systems or side projects involving AI agents
• Proficiency with modern stacks such as React, Kotlin, or Temporal
