About the role

About the Company

Fluidstack is singularly focused on delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else, rethinking every layer of the stack. We acquire power, design and build data centers, and operate them, spanning both hardware and software to build civilization-scale infrastructure for AI.

Responsibilities

  • Generate commissioning test procedures per asset from design revisions and specifications across all five levels
  • Automatically gap-check vendor FAT procedures against project requirements and Tier standards
  • Build commissioning schedules as software, managing factory acceptance tests, witness tests, and on-site sequencing
  • Automate L4 and L5 execution through BMS and EPMS by driving setpoints and injecting failures via open protocols
  • Integrate all results, issues, and corrective actions into a knowledge graph tied to specific assets

Requirements

  • Proven experience shipping production code in Go, Python, or TypeScript
  • Experience building systems with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-weight models), MCP servers, and agentic frameworks
  • Proficiency using AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor
  • Ability to work autonomously, designing and shipping fixes for unassigned problems
  • Experience earning credibility with hands-on experts like commissioning agents, controls engineers, and contractors
  • Strong attention to product and design details

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of commissioning levels and FAT programs
  • Experience with BMS/EPMS and control protocols such as BACnet or Modbus
  • Experience with PLC/SCADA systems
  • Familiarity with critical power and cooling equipment
  • Background in QA test automation
