Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the semiconductor product and simultaneous engineering team to achieve quality, cost, and yield targets.
• Analyze conspicuous lots, define corrective actions, and implement cost-saving measures.
• Coordinate new product releases, engineering trials, and sample production during ramp-up/ramp-down phases.
• Perform test data and statistical analysis for yield improvement and lot evaluation.
• Conduct root cause analysis for failure parts and quality issues, implementing necessary containments.
• Manage plant-specific product documentation, risk assessments, and engineering change requests.
• Participate in lead-plant engineering meetings and report on plant-specific KPIs.
• Provide coaching and training to operators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering.
• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct project management or project-related experience.
• Strong expertise in statistical data analysis and root cause analysis.
