Product Engineer - Board

Responsibilities

• Identify factory key performance index and metrics measurement for periodic review
• Work with ODM/CM engineers for continuous process improvement
• Manage manufacturing and quality issues on the production line
• Forecast equipment, tooling, and production capacity
• Escalate critical quality issues to engineering teams and management
• Assist, develop, and provide feedback on server design and DFx
• Collaborate with server engineering and product engineering teams

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical) or Business Administration
• 5+ years manufacturing management experience in x86 PC or server products
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Knowledge of yield rate and pareto analysis
• Ability to work effectively across different functional teams
• Logical approach to problem solving and good time management
• Proactive and able to drive projects with minimal supervision
