Responsibilities

• Use expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript to implement product features in the Node.js backend and React frontend
• Deliver cutting-edge user experiences in a high-performance, data-rich application
• Represent Attio’s Product & Engineering values both internally and externally
• Solve complex technical challenges involving real-time infrastructure and AI-native architecture

Requirements

• Expertise with JavaScript/TypeScript
• Track record of independent delivery and solving customer problems
• Proactive, self-motivated problem-solving attitude
• Understanding of how technical work impacts user experience
• Ability to communicate technical ideas to Engineering, Product, and Design stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building backends with Node.js or frontends with React
• Experience contributing to open source projects
• Experience with data-rich applications or processing large volumes of real-time data
• Passion for experimenting with new technologies and tools
