Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall architecture and detailed design of products to ensure performance, reliability, and innovation.
• Collaborate with project teams and Marketing to develop technical solutions for new product features.
• Utilize 3D software tools for product design and manage data (CAD drawings, BOM, technical documents) using Windchill.
• Calculate and select performance components and conduct technical exchanges with suppliers.
• Define verification test plans for new products and analyze results with test engineers.
• Support procurement projects, including localization and resourcing efforts.
• Release design changes (DN) to correct BOM, drawings, and production system errors to maintain quality.
• Provide professional technical support for production and field-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Native Mandarin speaker with good proficiency in written and oral English.
• Experience with CAD tools and ERP systems is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience in compressor development is a plus.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001 system standards.
