Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive new product evaluations, development, data analysis, and qualification activities to ensure high-quality and reliable product releases.
• Collaborate with Design and Test Engineering to evaluate product functionality and performance throughout various development stages.
• Partner with Design, Reliability, Quality, Failure Analysis, Assembly, and Fab Engineers during product qualifications.
• Maintain cradle-to-grave ownership of products, working with Test Manufacturing Engineering to sustain parts.
• Provide Business Unit representation on Material Review Board risk assessments and dispositions.
• Execute Design of Experiments (DOE) and provide analysis and recommendations for issue resolutions and product improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Proficiency in product testing, failure analysis, and debug techniques.
• Experience with statistical tools such as JMP or Exensio.
• Proficiency with bench equipment including oscilloscopes, source meters, and signal generators.
• Strong project management, statistical analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both individually and within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Teradyne and Eagle Testers.
• Programming proficiency in C++, C#, VB, or LabView.
