Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new products while managing costs, material requirements, and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with product engineering and application teams to review project feasibility.
• Design detailed project plans and manage all stages of the product development process.
• Create product designs, including dimension calculations, 3D/2D drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Coordinate with third-party agencies such as AMCA, UL, and Intertek.
• Oversee the research, engineering, manufacturing, and testing of prototypes.
• Resolve production and product testing issues as they arise.
• Provide weekly progress reports and perform monthly updates to project schedules.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a design or manufacturing role.
• Strong understanding of sheet metal design and manufacturing techniques.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks is required.
• Strong command of MS Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven ability to solve problems and provide technical solutions.
